DigiStore from iJoomla could very well become the new kid on the block when it comes to selling goods online with Joomla.
Up until now we've only had Virtuemart and I take my hat off to the guys at Virtuemart but DigiStore, if it's anything like the other iJoomla products will be a hit.
You can use DigiStore to sell actual products as well as virtual products and all you really need to get the component working is a PayPal account.
You get: DigiStore component, three modules, PayPal plugin, free upgrades for life, free support, a satisfaction guarantee and club iJoomla membership.
It's also worth noting that the price for DigiStore is likely to go up so purchasing now with the free upgrade for life might be a good idea. At the same time it's also worth noting that this release is 1.0.0 beta. There is a fine line and clearly a decision has to be made on waiting for a stable and paying more or getting something up now. I'm leaving now, to go take a look at the demo and maybe invest in selling something online. |
