Joomlashack are giving away two free Joomla themes, sort of. You don't actually get the themes but what you do get are the skills.
By registering at Joomlashack you get to download a 50 page PDF document that teaches you have to make two Joomla themes for free.
All you've got to do then is get good at Photoshop or Fireworks and you can start to make your own themes for Joomla.
