My wife tells me I am usually very quick to get things done but I must admit, today, I am late getting news out of this new theme from JoomlaShack and I apologise, but it is worth the wait.

Basically, it is a very clean theme, built for 'flexibility and versatility', styled to work with K2 and made very easy to change things about. It also uses optimised CSS3 styles that degrade gracefully when needed and includes a new JoomlaShack feature to choose between static look-feel or a full look-feel.

I could play with words and phrases about the names of the two themes that have come out today, but I'm not going to. Instead, I'm just going to tell you that there is a new one from RocketTheme and it is going to make it extremely easy for you to make your site absolutely 100% unique.

Where do I start? Well, first of all I could just copy the blurb from the RocketTheme website, but I won't, instead I'll just hit the bullet points.

JoomlaPraise are calling this theme their coolest theme to date and when a creator puts that tag on something, you have to take a look.

Now, coolest is a word that when you use to describe something that isn't something you have made, is an opinion. When you use it on something that is something you have made and you say it is the coolest you have ever made, you have to ask yourself why they would say that. Remember when everything used to be so easy. When planning your weekend focused on what time you were going to meet at the pub and the only problem was getting home?

Do you remember when Joomla used to be about SolarFlare and not worrying about which extension could do what and when everything used to just focus on the content? Well, worry no more, we have a new theme from Shape 5 this month that means you can just focus again on the content.

JoomplaPraise have released a free theme for Joomla and the K2 framework from JoomlaWorks and may I be the first to say thank you and well done.

The theme is an upgrade of a previous theme, with a much cleaner design, new code and lots more in terms of compatibility.

New Gantry powered theme time from the guys over at RocketTheme and it comes packed as you would expect but with more emphasis this month on styling.

You get the usual styling for the RocketTheme extensions and the eight style variations the theme comes with, each with three variables, but this month you also get twenty different module variations on top of the over 60 module positions that are available to use.

This theme is designed to showcase any type of product or web software. That is what JoomlaPraise say on their website so I am not going to disagree with them, but don't be put off thinking it is only for a product of piece of software.

RocketTheme have done something quite nice for us all. They've only gone and released a new theme using the Gantry Framework and it is completely free!

If you didn't know, the Gantry Framework is a whole new way of theme building from RocketTheme that basically gives you a lot more control over how your site looks and functions and it has only just been rleased - it will get better and bigger.

It's a big month for Projectfork and a site dedicated to AdminPraise - their administrator theme.

Maybe they can be forgiven then for coming a few days late to the 2010 party with their first release of the year, but they are giving everyone a 20% discount on their new store that can be found here.

Shape 5 have released a new theme and they were a little late, a day I think, but I am later. I'm still trying to catch up after Christmas, so I apologise.

This theme, as the trend is going this way, puts the focus back on Joomla and I like it when this happens. Don't get me wrong, I like themes that come ready for other extensions, but sometimes we seem to forget that Joomla is the system we are using and most sites rely heavily on a decent theme for the actual CMS.

Joomla Bamboo have taken it upon themselves to release a theme that is compatible with the quickly becoming very popular K2 content construction kit and it looks, very slick.

The theme, for me anyway, is built to very easily put together a very nice and professional looking homepage. With the included theme for K2 - that takes care of your content and if you are looking for something to stand out and be bold, this is a theme to look at.

I like Joomla. I like that it isn't just a content management system, it's an entire industry and in our little industry we have so many things we can very simply add to the content management system to basically get it to do anything we want. Literally. Well, almost anything.

The guys over at Joomla Junkie released the the Morph toolset a while ago and basically what that is, is a way to build websites a little quicker. Okay, that maybe isn't true, it allows you to create unique websites more quickly.
