Beauty In Design have released NonZero, a theme conversion from originally designed by NodeThirtyThree.
The design is a clean, fluid, three column layout with collapsible columns. It has a very good load speed and a great blog/news portal feel. There is an optional fluid and fixed layout with this theme.
A lot of what Beauty In Design deliver is based on successful themes or design from other systems or websites. The philosophy from these guys is very much design and if you're looking for something that looks good, it's well worth a visit.
