TemplatePlazza have released a new theme and an extension, all at once and if you're involved in contracting work or more specifically freelance work, then this one might be for you.
Basically the theme is built around a new component, TP Lancer. TP Lancer is a freelance marketplace and it adds all the functionality you're going to need for your website. Included, but not limited to; private messaging, project forum, avatar upload, user rate, escort and withdrawal, special users and quite a bit more.
The theme doesn't look bad either.
So, if you're working in a sector that has a lot of freelance work going on, then go take a look or if you're already running a marketplace then you've got to take a look as this theme will likely bring your site up to date, unless that is you've just re-done your site then it's probably going to look quite similar because this is exactly how you want a freelance marketplace site to look.
