This has been out for a while and I'm sorry for not pointing you in the general direction earlier but I've been away. You may think better late than never when you see it - you never know.
Anyway, Joomla Bamboo have released Habitat for December. It's not really a theme for a site with lots of content but probably more for a site that wnats to show off a few things.
It has some non Joomla stuff included and looks nice but you're going to have to have a specific need for using this theme unless you want to get your hands dirty.
