JoomlaJet have released a new theme and not breaking form it's very nice and if you're after something that isn't corporate, then this is a good place to look.
JJ38 Extreme is a rough edged, grunge style theme built with extreme sports and the younger generation in mind.
The theme is fully tablesless, XHTML and CSS compliant and offers a random header and teaser modules for the front page. It also features an extended footer where modules can be featured and displayed.
