JoomlArt have released JA Avior as part of their template club and you can view a demonstration here.
The template is based on 100% and CSS without any changes to core Joomla! files. JoomlArt are also continuing to include three menu systems in the template.
JA Avior is strongly emphasized with all Joomla! default module positions and crossing browser optimization. the template is also W3C compliant.
