The New Architect theme from Shape 5 is released and it's a little different from before but it's still packed with the features you expect from one of the leading theme providers.
On first glance it would be a nice theme to use if you've got a few products you'd like to prominently display but you could also use that space for a few services that you may offer.
It has 18 module positions, comes for both versions of Joomla and you get the source files, as usual.
