Things do move quite quickly in the world of Joomla, so in case you have missed it or you were looking for it, we thought we'd mention it. You can now get themes specifically for the iPhone and iPad and if like me you like your Android, that is coming soon too.

As a bonus, you can also donwload a plugin that enables you to control the theme used based on the browser. So, if someone visits the site using an iPhone you can tell the plugin to use the iPhone specific theme - but the same can be done fot the iPad as well as any other browser.
The plugin is great and does enable you to have a bit of fun too - think outside the box, or outside the IE box.
