A new theme is released by Veero and it's set up as a Real Estate broker site, but the design is very specifically focused on impact rather than content.
I like Veero, in fact I use one of their themes with very little modification on a site of mine; mostly because you know exactly what you're getting.
There are not loads of module positions, pretty much no extensions or additional stuff added and if you've not used Veero before it's not going to be the easiest experience, but there are more difficult places you could go.
However, like I've said, the designs are nice and change is never easy, unless it's a 6ft blonde from Scandinavia that you're changing too.
