Obsession released by Joomla 51

I have to say, I'm a big fan of the $14 Joomla theme and Joomla 51 have just released another.

Now, the themes from Joomla 51 are not as flexible, in terms of number of module positions that you get from teh likes of RocketTheme, Joomlashack or Shape 5, but they do a very good job if what you're looking for is something to do a job, as is.

This theme comes with the source files so you can basically change every single colour, nine module positions so you cna tweak it and a nice banner position for your man page.
