Rochea from JoomlArt is a new theme. It's not just new because it's just been released, it's new because it's also something different.
While the theme utilises all the things that are good and solid about Joomla it's also got a lot of slick features that make it stand out. It's not just the features, like the Ajax based headlines that pop up, it's how the whole package is designed.
Basically you can get some excellent free Joomla themes these days and there are quite literally loads of theme providers but every now and then you've got to go buy one. This one is worth the membership fee all by itself, if what you're looking for is excellent design.
