They're not free but they might as well be they're so cheap and while I personally get a little nervous when something is so cheap, these themes don't actually look that bad.
Naturally you've got to play with them first, check out the support you get and be happy with the end product but the demo sites look okay - you might want to change the colours and you might want to not use all the module positions but there is certainly lots of scope.
