New kid on the block, Toolbox:creations have released Officestyle_silver. It's a commercial theme costing£7.95.
The theme features twelve fully collapsible module positions which allows Officestyle_silver to be able to generate dozens of different page layout styles automatically! It also comes with six stackable inset modules!
